About B.E.S.T.

Bridge to Employment in Service and Tourism (B.E.S.T.) provides career exploration in the hospitality and tourism industry through onsite training and placement in a hospitality setting for working-aged adults (18-64) with significant disabilities and barriers to employment.

GOAL

The goal of the B.E.S.T. program is to bridge the gap in employment in the hospitality and tourism industry for adults with disabilities through on-site job specific training and career exploration, with successful job placement as the ultimate goal.
